WE NEED YOUR COLLABORATION TO OPERATE THE HEART DISEASE Tsering Bhuti

Tsering Bhuti is a 38-year-old Tibetan mother of a school-aged son who lives and works in the nursing home of the Gyuto monastery in Dharamsala, India. He has been diagnosed with chronic rheumatic heart disease and needs urgent surgery in the next few days.

Bhuti’s resources are very limited; indeed, his son is sponsored to continue his studies, and this operation can not be financed.

Access to heart surgery is very uneven worldwide, but more than 90% of the population in developing countries has no chance. Rheumatic diseases of the heart valves, along with congenital heart disease, affect millions of people without the possibility of assistance.
